Very smart, super clean and extremely practical idea. If you need to have ANY type of closure for your label, this should be the one for you. Produces the right amount of light from every angle with a built-in hooded corner lamp and 360-foot adjustment. I connected the ground wire just below the mounting nut on the back (if your tag is attached to the frame ground, if not any near ground will do), connected the two positive red wires together behind the license plate, and then just a single 12 volt wire to the power supply.
