We live where summer can hit triple digits (105+) for a week or more. I bought this to attach to our 4 year old granddaughter's car seat to cool down her part of the car faster. Not that she tried, but she couldn't get her fingers in the blades, so it's safe. It works very well and generates strong wind. I've also taken it to a football game where the temp started out at 105 degrees and there's just enough breath to keep me comfortable. I like that it has a USB for charging. Well made and looks nice. The clip opens about 2 inches.
