They are too big, I bought size 5 for my little one and they are huge but nice and made of good material so we have to wait until he is grown up to use them.

- Very happy. The foot is so easy to insert and it stays dry which is exactly what I wanted
Cons
- Boots can be too loose around the ankle, allowing water to get in.
