. Will not turn on or charge. The phone is completely dead. The service itself was poor when on. Voice cutouts and dropouts, lots of call delays, and people I've called have complained about my sound. The cancellation of the service was a big problem. You cannot cancel online via live chat or email. They let you call them if you 1) wait too long 2) speak to a support rep trying to sell you more service 3) AGAIN have to wait for them to transfer you to another rep handling cancellations 4) try again to sell more services. I warn against using this service. This is a typical trap where they provide you with bad/cheap equipment and services and then make a big hassle to get your money back or cancel. I wish I had never bought this.
