The biggest problem is that if you follow the instructions, you can't "port" them until you're set up and they get your money. You will then find that you can only "port" in certain areas. The voice quality of the phone is poor. Nothing special. Some callers may not be able to hear you clearly. One more thing. Thanks to the massive bandwidth in my house (up to 500Mbps) I can stream movies and music, download almost instantly and never experience lag. Not with grandma.
