firstly if you want to use it with google voice it can but the way they set it up is any phone service can do that. ANY VOIP phone setup can accept call forwarding. They claim that it works here by simply routing the call through your G-Voice account and redirecting your G-Voice account to this phone. This means that suggestions you use in your voice account will not work on this device. In addition, every incoming call will have your phone number. You will never be able to see your caller id and it will mess up all the phones you had for google voice. Your tech support is terrible. Wait 20 minutes to reach a "support" rep who can barely read the script and google the answers. Even "Level 2" technical support will not understand simple questions and problems. In my report they misrecorded the multipole time problem because they misunderstand English (although they speak English really well, better than my Indian). When I wanted to delete my account, they tried multiple times to force me to restart my device. I think they remember some key phrases, but it's not very supportive. i can google I shouldn't know more than your support just browsing the site. I gave the device 2 stars because the hardware is pretty good and seems easy enough to set up. That would be great if you just want to set up a VOIP phone and pay a small monthly fee for it. But if you need it for voice communications or for a more complex setup, look elsewhere. If you need something business related (be careful using that word on google it makes you see $$$$$) look elsewhere. It doesn't do anything Comcast or even Verizon doesn't already offer.
