Working on TRX300 for a local couple. After some repairs and carburetoring, her quad ran for about a week. They called me and said it wouldn't start. I looked, no spark. The stator, pulse and rectifier are all fine, as is the coil. Couldn't find any wiring issues or other related issues so I decided to try CDI as there is no real way to test it in detail. Sure enough, I plugged in this new device and the spark plug flared up like a thunderstorm and the quad fired again. I'll keep an eye out in case I run into problems, but so far so good!
