I like that it allows me, as an educator in my classroom of over 200 K5 learners who are all part time employees at our school/university (they work from home), access this tool without any issues or glitches! Sometimes when they do resolve those problems there is no communication back about what has been done so you can keep looking until someone answers your query - not always easy but worth persevering because if everyone did then we would have much less complaints than having people give up before even trying!! They also provide training courses which help educators get started using correct ED immediately after purchase rather than first setting everything elseup correctly etc., This saves valuable days lost during setup stage where sometimes new users become frustrated by being told "it doesn't just happen!".
