(Image added on Sep 18, it's been 8 months since my review below. As you can see it hasn't shown up. In all the time of use). Works perfectly on all edges of our brick fireplace. At first I used rubbing alcohol to clean bricks. The same applies to the edges and corners of countertops and furniture. Also used it on the corners of a patio table. 5 months have passed, it has not peeled off and has not come loose, I doubled the tape in the corners. The best thing is that we often have more peace with our grandchildren. Also used for the bottom corners of furniture to save our toes or ankles, no more swearing loudly!
