These "roasting racks" are great for lifting a roast or turkey off the bottom of the pan. This keeps the meat from settling into fat and drips, and also provides a very clean way to catch drips for gravy or gravy preparation. The grates and frying pan are very easy to clean after cooking. Much better for cleaning than using the standard metal slotted grills that always end up with browned chunks of meat. Highly recommended.
