This was my first purchase of such a product. I had to use them multiple times to understand exactly how to apply and protect while I sleep. I have half short hair so I tripped up a lot. One piece of advice I could give is to not straighten the mousse in the pack as it will take longer for your hair to dry. Instead, apply it tightly but loosely enough not to distort the shape of the foam inside, then twist and tie before reaching the end of your strand. Second, since I have short and thin hair, I use a sleepyhead when using these rollers. I move around a lot while I sleep so the cap helps keep the wheels in place.
