No more chronic flat tires!
My 1 year old Trek Verve hybrid bike was constantly having flat tires. Eventually I noticed that most of the punctures were on the inside of the tube facing the spokes. At first I thought maybe I was really bad at installing new tubes; but then I changed the rim tape and my chronic flat tires stopped. Installing the rim tape was very easy and I didn't have to widen the hole to fit the Schrader valve.
