The device seems to work but requires a PAL player
I'm sure the product will work, I know the signal went through the device. I don't have a chance to test the PAL conversion on the device until I rent or buy a PAL VHS player for two movies. I won't pay $200 for a PAL VHS player. I am impressed with Bombay Electronic's commitment to providing quality products to their customers.
