The team is very professional in their approach to project management - clear goals with well defined deliverables at each step of implementation along with realistic deadlines for milestones achieved or not met by date! Nothing really as I haven't had any significant issues that were unanticipated during our partnership so far but if there was anything it would be communication between both parties before beginning work (eg., scope etc) which could have helped avoid some misunderstandings later down the line when we've already been working together quite long time without issue.
