Great service, quality execution and great follow up

The team is very professional in their approach to project management - clear goals with well defined deliverables at each step of implementation along with realistic deadlines for milestones achieved or not met by date! Nothing really as I haven't had any significant issues that were unanticipated during our partnership so far but if there was anything it would be communication between both parties before beginning work (eg., scope etc) which could have helped avoid some misunderstandings…

Pros
  • Also customer care reps are highly trained enough regarding all aspects connected specifically relevantly related topics including technical details about services they may offer; also helpfulness towards clients has consistently prevailed among employees involved regardless how much workload comes overdue period until end result's achieveement :)
