I would give 5 stars but the packaging was not what was needed. The ends of the pipes could be protected. When the parts got here, the box had been dented and opened from rough handling. It's in two pieces, which I'm very happy about, but each end of both tubes were bent. I agreed because tapping in a straight line with a 2 5/16 hitch ball and a hammer wasn't much of a problem. On a 2007 Ford Sport Trac 4x4, the installation was excruciating with no fault of the parts received. This setup is not for the faint of heart. I believe 2WD would be much easier. The Y-piece was a beast because of the front driveshaft and transfer case. An elevator would make life a lot easier. I will learn to be more careful with what I volunteer. But in the end, after the fight is over, quality matters. Just pay attention to the installation. The car runs great, no leaks.
