It works fine for the most part, but every time we open or close the door it pops open. I personally don't worry too much about having to keep pushing it back, but it can be annoying. The above was my first review. Gregg asked for a replacement for the one we were having trouble with and I found him very professional and respectable. Most people with businesses or companies today wouldn't do that. I found that was the only thing that changed my rating. Excellent customer service is on the way. Thank you Gregg!
