The floorstanding speaker you see didn't have a speaker on the bottom face, it was just a plug. HM ok. So I think so. Is it possible to fit a properly sized speaker in place of the existing dummy and hopefully connect it correctly to the one directly above? So off I went. I purchased this model after contacting the seller who reassured me that the resistance and power would be compatible with my tower's power output. Relax. Very easy to set up. Once it was soldered and installed I powered up the tower and crossed my fingers. HOORAY! Not only did it perform great (thank goodness), it produced massive mids with a damn good base, even for its 4-inch size. Now. The top three speakers acted only as tweeters. I didn't realize it until this VISATON started doing the right thing with crisp mids and bass. Completely turned my tower into the most decent sound pumping unit. Heck, now it's worth more than what I originally paid for it! So I went and ordered a computer "gaming" subwoofer for the back of my unit that has cheap bass. If it's something like my "gaming" PC subwoofer (which rumbles), oh boy! stay with us kids
