Review on 🍉 Nuun Instant Electrolyte Powder Packets: Rapid Rehydration in Watermelon Flavor - 16 Servings by Keith Mertz

I like Nuun tablets but I tend to dry out before I reach them so I was really excited about the faster absorbing instant version. Other than that, I'm feeling pretty "furry". The taste is not as pleasant as with the tablets. Definitely a heavier flavor and the watermelon was ok but didn't cover the salty taste well and the lemon lime flavor was a bit like a lemon cleaner/lemon zest. Both seemed to hydrate me quicker than pills - no post-run headaches - they're excellent in that regard, but flavor needs a bit of work. I probably won't order again, but it's not bad enough that I don't use what's left. I'll try mixing them with more than the recommended 16 ounces of water to see if that makes them tastier.
