What I like best about this product? The ability to have separate account files for each client! This has proved useful when dealing with multi-client buildings, or if you happen to work in an area where multiple companies occupy space within one building (as mine did). It can be time consuming pulling up different info from various sources so it's nice that there are some consolidated lists available which makes tracking things such as bills more efficient than having them all saved manually under my own file tabs/namespace directories. There could definately benefit being able to view invoices online through either our intranet site OR via their web app itself without actually downloading anything directly onto our end users' computers. Being able to search by dates rather easily too would also help cut down how long we take looking at past months worths of invoice data stored locally instead of just waiting patiently It's easy to use, it's very user-friendly. I like that you can easily customize the program to suit your needs. The support team is amazing! They are always willing to help. If there is anything wrong with the system, they will fix it right away. There isn't much to dislike about this program. The only thing I don't like is how slow it sometimes loads. But the support team is friendly and helpful. We have been able to keep track of our customers' accounts and bills.
