The most important aspect of this program is that it has a very good interface with the power company's billing system, allowing you to easily view your customers' accounts. It also allows you to create reports and send them via email or FTP. The ability to set up recurring billing is a great feature, as well as the ability to have multiple users in one account. The most recent version allows us to do more with less effort, which makes it easier overall. I am able to make changes without sending e-mails/emails back and forth through different people in our organization who are not as familiar or comfortable working within this program like we are used to doing manually when using older versions. What I like best about this product? The ability to have separate account files for each client! This has proved useful when dealing with multi-client buildings, or if you happen to work in an area where multiple companies occupy space within one building (as mine did).
