Very easy for monitoring electricity consumption

The most important aspect of this program is that it has a very good interface with the power company's billing system, allowing you to easily view your customers' accounts. It also allows you to create reports and send them via email or FTP. The ability to set up recurring billing is a great feature, as well as the ability to have multiple users in one account. I haven't found anything I dislike about the product, but would like to see more options when adding new accounts. This program works…

This software was awesome for improving attendance tracking

I like that it's easy to use, has all the features I need, and has a great support team behind it. There are some things that could be improved in terms of features and functionality, but overall it's been a good product so far. The product does what we need it to do, and their support is very responsive when there are issues. We've used other products from them in the past and found them lacking. Overall very satisfied - much better than manual process

The most recent version allows us to do more with less effort, which makes it easier overall. I am able to make changes without sending e-mails/emails back and forth through different people in our organization who are not as familiar or comfortable working within this program like we are used to doing manually when using older versions. It can be difficult at times figuring out how something works but that's just part of learning any new product / system. We've been running into issues where…

Very good software - great customer service

What I like best about this product? The ability to have separate account files for each client! This has proved useful when dealing with multi-client buildings, or if you happen to work in an area where multiple companies occupy space within one building (as mine did). It can be time consuming pulling up different info from various sources so it's nice that there are some consolidated lists available which makes tracking things such as bills more efficient than having them all saved manually…
