Review on basis2 by Patrick Reid

I like that it's easy to use, has all the features I need, and has a great support team behind it. There are some things that could be improved in terms of features and functionality, but overall it's been a good product so far. The product does what we need it to do, and their support is very responsive when there are issues. We've used other products from them in the past and found them lacking. They're a step above those products. I've been able to implement this product in our organization with minimal training required.
