These powders are really great. They were kind of an impulse buy, but I really love them. Teal has a great peacock effect over blue nail polish, and I've used many others over maroon nail polish for a really fun multicolored jewel tone. They are very easy to use, apply with your fingers or the applicators provided. FYI, I've tried applying them with regular nail polish and a top coat and gel polish with a regular UV removing top coat - neither worked. You MUST use a non-wipe UV gel as a foundation or the powder will not adhere properly and you will have to apply it on top or the powder will not retain its metallic appearance and will look like regular powder. Metallic nail polish (metallic but a bit grainy, it doesn't keep the cool foil look).
