I was so happy with this product. Other tracks had bad reviews and claims of bad material and inaccurate time signatures. It's LONG-LASTING. I've never used a Rockler track system so I'm not sure how they compare quality or price. All I know is that it's a good deal. A 4" rail from Rockler is $30. Four of them together are $50. They seem good quality to me. The 1/4" screws seem to work. I need to do more experiments. They didn't come with screws but they pointed this out to you in the description so really can't complain. It says to use #7 5/8" flat head screws, which I couldn't easily find at Home Depot in a pack of more than 5, so I ordered a pack of 100 from Revain for about $6. I think it's a good deal. 100% sure they will work so I will update if they don't work.
