Quality product, treated and primed rusty metal.

This thing just works! I was very impressed. Spray painted several metal stairs that would be very difficult to sandblast and prepare for painting. It hardened (or melted and hardened) the rust, encasing it in a durable, clear-primed finish. The super rusty parking poles look beautiful and are ready after a few coats, no painting required. make them black
