Put this in a Ford 400. Try cleaning the inner fenders and engine wiring. This sure is a good option. The only thing I have to watch out for is when the grip is loose so I can adjust the timing as the entire tip of the dizzy swings around. It's like he's making a fool of himself. It stops when the clamp is tightened, so it's probably just play in the hole itself. Took 45 minutes to install and I've never heard this motor run as well as it does now. You should also consider the gap in the air filter and if you are using a factory Motorcraft 2bbl the screw in the filter is short enough to get the fuel hose but long enough to kink a bit when it touches the cover and where the plug sticks out. Before that I already had 2 fuel filters so I bought a 3/8" nipple fitting and everything is fine. This shouldn't be a problem if you have 4 barrels. My 14" air filter cleans too.
