I gave this product 5 stars because although I have some issues with it I have had it for over 5 years and I still use it every day at work. So he must be doing something right. I spend a lot of time on the keyboard at work and after 5 years it's still there. A bit dented and worn but I definitely got my money's worth. I love how soft the foam padding is. The harder gel, foam and bean bag pads are not comfortable for me. This foam is soft, very comfortable, covered in a silky stretch fabric and offers the support you need. My two concerns are minor, but I'd rather not have a center corner cut and the fabric covering let go of some of the edges, much like the fabric on the ceiling of your car.
