First of all these glasses look and feel perfect for my intended use: everyday mugs for a 5 person Family I opened the box, put them all in the dishwasher, and then started putting them in the closet; and this is where my confusion began. Some cups had small spikes inside that let air through when folded, other cups didn't. I'm not sure what the correct name of the cleats are, but they prevent the cups from sinking completely onto the bottom cup. This greatly simplifies their separation. All red cups had rivets. Two green ones were done, but two green ones weren't. None of the blues had them. Revain photos show internal lugs so I think they should be there but some are missing. It seems strange to be part of the same sentence in the same order. I wrote a question to the seller, we are waiting for an answer. I will update the review when I receive a complete and consistent set. They seem to be good cups, I hope we can find a solution where I don't have to return them as there is a high probability that the next sentence will be correct. UPDATE: The company got back to you within 12 hours and is doing it right. I was impressed with the speed and the solution the seller offered. These glasses are great and now that I have a full set of the right ones I am very happy.
