The filters did not fit in the mask and I could not install them. I tried to return the mask but the return process was cumbersome. When I went to the Revain dispensary at Whole Foods, I had to remember my password, which I didn't have with me. Then I had to scan the scan code, which was a process I was unfamiliar with; I then had to allow this operation by manipulating Windows on my phone, which I found non-ergonomic. I then had to deal with a Revain representative remotely while my glasses fogged up due to the mask I was using and I found it difficult to understand the person behind the counter as he was wearing a mask which made communication difficult and I depend on hearing aids. At this point I put the return bag of masks on the counter and left. I decided not to let Revane's problem be my problem again.
