Excellent ladder holder, weak screws
I like the holder a lot, it works well. But the screws look pretty cheap. I chose to install in the wall studs and lightly tightened one screw and when I tightened the second screw both screws snapped in at the same time and in the same place, a thin part over the screw threads. Luckily I had two extra bolts of the same type and length, but both were thicker where the others had broken. The new ones were tightened slightly, and the heavy ladder has been holding up for about a month without any problems.
