Excellent product! It takes a minute to figure out how to use it and not over fill the cup with the soil. If the cup is too full (or the ground coffee is too fine), the pressure is too high and shuts off before the espresso is brewed. This is to get another cup. It's a minor inconvenience and I'm willing to do it to get the amount I want, but I wish there was a more convenient way to produce more without throwing it all away. The overall product, size and espresso made is great. UPDATE 7 MONTHS LATER: still going strong! I use this machine almost every day and usually run the machine 2-4 times to get the amount of espresso I need. I live in a small apartment, so it takes very little time to get ready in the morning. Still very happy with the MG purchase!
