If you own a BMW and do your own maintenance this is a must have item. There are two BMWs in my family (e60 and e90) so it wasn't difficult. It fits into a 3/8" drive and the other end fits snugly into the filter housing without slipping. The metalized coating makes it easy to care for the device after use.
