Love it! It's very easy to use and my floors look MUCH better afterwards. Everything connects easily, so assembly is quick and easy. There is a small (very small) water tank that just snaps into place. It's the perfect size for one room, but you'll have to fill it up if you move to another, which doesn't really matter, so don't worry. While the instructions say it only takes about 30 seconds to heat up, I'm really not happy with the results until it's been running for a few minutes and is fully up to temperature - there's a huge difference when it fires up. You can definitely tell where you've been, and it leaves the floor wet, but not so much that it stays that way for more than a few minutes. And while I'm sure heat helps with sanitizing, I take the extra step of spraying some cleaning spray on the floor. Hygiene has never been more important than now, so I'm not taking any chances. However, it seems to have worked well and my floors look fresh and smell clean. It is also possible to use this as a handheld steamer. I already have one of these to be honest, so it's just a bonus for me. All the parts are there and everything else was easy so I think it will be. I like its versatility so this is a good option. Overall, I can't understand all the negative reviews. My last steam mop was the Shark, and it may not be as good, but it works well and has a few extra bells and whistles that many of its competitors don't have. I also really like the triangular head because it's good for getting into corners and tricky spots - so there's a lot of good points to this model.
