When I travel, this baby helps me sleep better. It fits perfectly on the rear brake disc of my Honda CTX700. (I also block my fork). The lock is secure and the alarm is loud enough to be heard while the bike is parked in front of my hotel room. It's sensitive enough that nobody can mess with my bike without the horn on. I only gave it four stars for one reason. The alarm setting is a separate function from the lock setting. You need to lock the device first and then press the button to set the alarm. If you forget to turn on the alarm, when you start the bike there will be no warning that you have activated the disc lock. Just to be extra careful not to damage my car, I stuck a piece of string between the handles and flipped on the kill switch to remind myself the lock was in place. When properly locked down with an alarm installed, this is a solid level of security.
