Review on ProfitLion by Barry Smallwood

We use Profit Lion both as an admin and a contractor. From the admin side it is simple easy for clients communication as well as billing. The app is very easy to get into and navigate once you learn where everything is. We have been using profit lion since 2008 and we have not had any complaints from customers about the ease of getting estimates with the app or viewing invoices through the admin portal. The benefit we love the most for our contractors are our invoicing features with quick invoice creation and payment receipting in minutes. Our users are able to quickly upload billings and payments and they know instantly if there has been any errors that need to be corrected. If anything I would like to see more customer feedback/surveys/research but we haven't really found any dislikes. It is always great when clients are happy with the products. I am able to communicate with all our customers at once via text messages which is awesome! We have also started using the mobile app for our office employees to communicate on their own schedules. I like that it helps keep track with my projects (both large & small) as well has helping me manage subcontractor costs for each project! There are some things about this program i dislike but overall they have been helpful at tracking expenses/income which makes us more efficient when managing our business finances!! This helped save money from not having multiple programs or bookkeeping tools needed because we didn't need them before using profit lion. !
