A Simple Unsweetened Post-Exercise Recovery Drink
Good electrolyte replacement mix. We've been using this for years, the search and rescue team I worked with called it a drip in a bottle because it could be used on severely dehydrated people. A very light taste that takes a little getting used to, but because of that it works well without the sweet taste of mass-market sports drinks, allowing you to drink it faster without throwing up in an emergency.
