BEST SALT FERTILIZER AND MORE

I've used clay pots, marinades, jars, and a variety of homemade and store-bought fermentation containers. This kimchi fermenter is every bit as good as old-fashioned jars, maybe even better. The double sealing system eliminates the need for additional weight, and since it is fully sealed, no organization is left during fermentation. I test each new fermenter with both pure brine and my own salted brine (like sauerkraut or kimchi). days. They ferment well. I bought the smallest size and now just ordered a larger one (wrongly from another company but it's the same design - I'll probably return to this company as the service was excellent) so I can marinate beets and turnips for Easter . I plan on getting a few more. I save my stoneware jars for other uses and I put away my pickles. A jug I keep to this day if I ever return to the country with a cool basement or pantry where a bit of marinade smell isn't a problem. Well done crazy Koreans!
