It took me a while to figure out how to make the drives visible but after asking on the user forums and here I got enough bits of information to understand . Too bad they don't have any manuals or real info on how to install it. Physically, it was easy to install and turn on. The challenge is getting it to see your drives. One user recommended inserting the disc while the computer is off and running it to see if the disc shows up. And so it was. So I went into the BIOS and made sure the hot-swap switches on the SATA ports were enabled so I could plug and unplug them while the PC was running. It worked. The only problem after that is that I can only get one slot to work. I'm not sure if he needs more energy or if I'm missing something. It seems well made, but one thing they could improve on is making some covers for the holes when not in use. My drives go in and out and very rarely stay inside, so it would be nice to have something to keep dust out. In the meantime I will make it on a 3D printer. If I could get the second port to do its job I'd upvote it. I'm on an ASUS motherboard with lots of power. Maybe the thing should have two SATA ports? I do not know.
