It's a vegetable slicer with a blade that doesn't spin. It turns on, but doesn't actually drive the slicing blade. I think this is a scam. Despite the "verified" glowing reviews it's junk. It came packaged in used Ebay box with no original packaging. The power supply has a plug and transformer like a laptop. It has two safety locks, frozen in place. The topper? The instructions are unintelligible. It's written in VERY poorly translated Chinese. I didn't know what most of the nouns were referring to. Very convoluted sentence structure. So you can't even figure out out what's being said. I can't believe AMAZON let's them sell this as commercial grade equipment. Don't they have auditors checking these things?
