I have an old two story house with plastered chain link walls. I also have a box full of old routers from previous attempts to breach those walls. Tired of putting boxes up and down, I ordered the Orbi mesh system. Before unboxing I read generally great reviews as well as some that said the Orbi wasn't what it was supposed to be. With Wi-Fi, we've learned never to jinx the system with extravagant praise, but if the Orbi were artillery it would punch huge holes in every wall of the house. With a 4,800 ft house and a very, very long distance from the family room to the office and 3 orbis I now get great full speed everywhere, even better than the old Verizon "Can You Hear Me?" commercials. So I wrote the above with fingers crossed, but well, I just set up a new network on my laptop, which brought up a (seriously) dialog box that says "This is your laptop: we're so glad you have a WiFi6 system have installed . , with its lightning throughput!" Me too.
