year worked exactly as expected, it was perfect. Then one day he dumped 90% of Gueting's options. Called, updated - to no avail. After 2 weeks a new update was released, the product does not connect and is not recognized by any computer. Now after 4 months of fighting with support team there is no solution. Beyond the disappointment and now I've lost $400 for no reason.
