Can't say enough good things about the Ultima. I met this liquid gold while preparing for my first marathon. To be honest, I'm not sure I would have made it through my practice (or to the finish line on race day) without these things. I am currently using it for my Peloton bike training and it is just as delicious and nutritious as I remember. The grape and lemonade flavors are my favorites. I don't like the taste of raspberries, but that's just my personal preference. I plan to try the other flavors available soon - although to be honest I keep putting it off because I love grapes and lemonade so much! workout or just want to have some extra fun in the water - Ultima will certainly do the trick.
