They work, but degrade the signal.

My USB3 devices are connected through them but the connection is unstable. When I removed them from the chain, the connection became stable again. This is acceptable, but don't use them on long runs or in other applications where connection stability is important.

Pros

USB 3.0 transfer rates up to 5Gbps are supported by this keystone insert; Backward compatible with USB 2.0
