Review on Anker Portable Thunderbolt-Compatible Support by Darrell Sharp

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Unfortunately the worst Anker product I have ever bought.

, I'm plugging it into the USB-C port on my work laptop and the connection seems so weak that the screens are flickering. Not sure if this is because my laptop is on a stand and sagging, but the single anchor USB-C to HDMI doesn't. This is why I decided to switch to dual output (since I usually use 3 monitors with my PC). As you can see from the video, this device is not reliable at all. I tried flipping the bulky adapter and still no dice. It's not the HDMI cables - as I said, I haven't had any issues with the single output adapter. It is sometimes stable when moving, but one wrong move or touch on my table (moving the adapter) and it starts blinking again. I tried flipping it back over and the flashing stopped, but there should be no guesswork when using a product like this. Three stars because it works when it works.
