IMPORTANT FOR MAC USERS

He does what he says and I can't be mad, I haven't seen a picture that explains it clearly. If you have a MAC, a laptop and two screens and want to customize the display. All it will do is have your laptop as A and your two screens display the same as B. They have a picture that explains this, I can't be mad so I gave it four stars because it still didn't do what I had to do in the end. The design is nice and all that, it doesn't get very hot when in use.

Pros
  • Plug and Play: Instantly convert the USB-C port on your laptop, tablet or phone into two HDMI ports with no installation required.
Cons
  • I don't remember

Runs Ubuntu Linux 20.04 on Lenovo P72 Mobile Workstation

This product has totally exceeded my expectations! I have already connected two 55" monitors to this laptop (one via HDMI port and one via USB-C port with Lenovo USB-C to HDMI Travel Hub (Lenovo USB-C 4-in-1 Travel Dock with HDMI, VGA, USB 3.0 and RJ45 Model #GX90M61235), but I recently added a wireless HDMI monitor to my bedroom so I can watch long running processes from my bed. I have the Diamond Multimedia Wireless HDMI USB Powered Extender for that Kit.TV transmitter and receiver for HD…

Glitchy and inconsistent for Mac

This product works very well with the Razer Blade Thunderbolt port (running Windows 10) but not well with my MacBook Pro 2019 (Big Sur). Unfortunately, I bought the adapter mainly for the latter, but I've found that my screens flicker and shake about every fifteen seconds or so unless I do a hard reset, and sometimes even then the problem isn't solved. Also read carefully, Mac users: this is preventing you from doing anything useful with the second HDMI port. They simply mirror each other…

Unfortunately the worst Anker product I have ever bought.

, I'm plugging it into the USB-C port on my work laptop and the connection seems so weak that the screens are flickering. Not sure if this is because my laptop is on a stand and sagging, but the single anchor USB-C to HDMI doesn't. This is why I decided to switch to dual output (since I usually use 3 monitors with my PC). As you can see from the video, this device is not reliable at all. I tried flipping the bulky adapter and still no dice. It's not the HDMI cables - as I said, I haven't had…

No surprises and always good quality from Anker

I have two monitors and a desktop in my office. I brought a desktop home to use during the pandemic, but no monitors (because I already had a few old ones at home). I still go to the office once a week and needed this to connect my Dell XPS 13 which only has USB-C ports. I can't count the number of Anker products I've purchased over the years, but their workmanship and replacement service are always top notch. That was no surprise - good workmanship and design. The slightly matte finish is also
