Cut out sugar and carbohydrates and lose weight.

Whether you're following the Atkins diet or just cutting carbs and sugar, this is a delicious option. This is a delicious granola bar with chocolate chips. You don't feel like you're eating diet food. This is my favorite meal bar. I got on the scale in July 2016 after avoiding it for months. I knew I was getting taller as my size 12 pants were very tight and I pushed to a size 14. I weighed 167 pounds. Even though I knew I was getting heavier, it was a shock. I felt miserable, tired and just plain miserable. I didn't want to go out or see anyone. i was depressed I went on the Atkins diet and today I weigh 128 pounds and am a size 4. I never thought I would see the day when I was a size 4 again. I've lost 39 pounds and I feel great. I have more energy and am much happier than I was a few months ago. For me it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. I've lost weight with moderate exercise (walking), more protein, no sugar, and very little carbs. You can lose weight and Atkins bars really help. I just want to add that if you are going to try the Atkins diet, in my experience it should be a lifestyle change, not a diet. I've been on this diet before and as soon as I started eating carbs again I gained weight again. If you want to keep your weight off, you really need to change your lifestyle and stop eating foods that are high in carbohydrates or high in sugar. I'm not saying you can't treat yourself to it, but in the long run it should be a permanent change in eating habits. This is just my opinion based on my experience with this diet. I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, just a normal girl who has experience with this diet.
