After making a purchase from Ringside's online store not too long ago, I was left feeling dissatisfied with the experience as a whole. While it is simple to get around on their website, the quality of the products themselves leaves much to be desired. To begin, the shipment took a great deal longer than was anticipated. Because I was looking forward to using the apparatus for an upcoming event, the fact that it took my order more than two weeks to appear was extremely inconvenient for me. Second, the quality of the products that I was sent did not correspond to the standard that was advertised on the website. My purchase of boxing gloves came with sloppy stitching, and the material itself had a shoddy feel. In addition, after only a few uses, the seams on the hiking footwear that I bought started coming undone. Finally, when I attempted to contact customer service to address these issues, the responses I received were unresponsive and unhelpful. It was abundantly obvious that they did not place a priority on the happiness of their customers. Regarding the whole, the Ringside online store is not one that I would suggest to anyone looking for dependable gear for athletics and the great outdoors. A frustrating and disheartening experience was had as a result of the slow shipping, the low quality of the products, and the absence of any customer support.
