This one is good for kitchen utensils and gadgets
The unit is strong, sharp and well built. The slices are fairly even and a good size for a snack. It takes some strength to cut through a large Granny Smith, but it can be done. Cleaning requires extra care as the blades are quite sharp and it is difficult to get into tight spots. I used to have several apple knives. Everything broke early. This lasted.
