These cases are the perfect size to allow the chrome backing of your AirTag to show and the rest of the AirTag to be hidden/protected by the case. Installing the case is very simple: simply insert the edge of the AirTag into the case and then bend the edge of the case around the entire perimeter of the AirTag. The edge of the case extends far enough into the center of the AirTag to ensure a very secure fit - I'm not worried about the AirTag accidentally falling out like some other cases I've looked at. The sleeve makes the AirTag slightly larger as the sleeve has flat sides that protrude from the AirTag instead of just wrapping the edges tightly. The two "main" cases in my package came with separate carabiners and small round key rings. The "bonus" case contained a carabiner with a small quick release ring attached. This way you have multiple options to add them to your keychain. All in all, a good item that allows you to attach the AirTag to your keys (since Apple forgot that part...) and also keep at least one side scratch-free.
