Very light and easy to clean. Feels great in hand. It also looks very cool. The only drawback: the slot for a spoon in the lid is useless. You can't stir the coffee when it's on and it only lets heat through. A little vent would be better! Otherwise I am very impressed! Update: Just discovered a glaring problem. If you fill a mug with hot coffee without creamer, the rim of the mug will be too hot to drink from! To date, I've used a latte mug to keep the rim chilled. But if you drink black coffee or only use powdered milk, the metal rim will get very hot when you fill the mug to the brim! The need to cool the coffee with milk or cold water defeats the purpose of the warmer! They have to cover the rim with plastic so people don't get badly burned from the sweltering heat!
